By accessing or using Roofing Assurance’s services, website, or communicating with us by any means, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
Roofing Assurance provides residential and light commercial services including but not limited to roofing installations, repairs, replacements, siding, gutters, fascia, soffit, fencing, decking, covered porches, drywall, and interior/exterior painting. Services are provided based on written estimates and approved work agreements.
2. Estimates and Payment Terms
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days.
A signed agreement and initial deposit (if applicable) are required before work begins.
Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
3. Scheduling and Access
We make every effort to start and complete work as scheduled, weather and material availability permitting.
The property owner is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the job site during working hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), unless otherwise arranged.
4. Emergency Services
We offer 24/7 emergency roofing services. Additional charges may apply for emergency or after-hours work.
Response times may vary based on location and severity of the issue.
5. Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship and materials. Warranty details are provided in the service agreement for each project.
Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
Damage caused by external factors (storms, accidents, neglect, etc.) is not covered.
6. Cancellations and Changes
You may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Changes to the scope of work must be made in writing and may affect cost and completion time.
7. Liability
Roofing Assurance is fully insured and will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during services.
We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damages unrelated to our work.
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your contact details and personal information are kept confidential and are only used to fulfill your service request or communicate directly with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve the matter. If a resolution cannot be reached, the issue may be addressed through mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws.
